2023 TASN Conference “Come Together”

The profession of school nursing has an exciting history. Commencing at the turn of the 20th century in an effort to support the requirement for mandatory school attendance, a group of astute women linked the horrific results of illness and poverty to school absenteeism and the profession of school nursing was born. The school nurse of today who upholds our founders original goal to help each child attain the highest level of wellness continue to accept great challenges to create a greater opportunity and a better world for our children.

Our 2023 conference will include educational opportunities to expand your school nurse profession and provide community experiences. We are excited to all “come together” in 2023!
